Mental Health Info Poster

Methods for Self Connection is a mental health awareness campaign I designed to speak directly to college women navigating loneliness and stress. The project includes a poster and an accompanying zine, both focused on accessible ways to prioritize mental health on campus. Through research, audience analysis, and visual storytelling, I built a message that feels personal, practical, and grounded in empathy. The work reflects my growing interest in design as a tool for connection and care.

The poster was designed to feel relatable and direct, using imagery and language that speaks to college women. I focused on sharing accurate, accessible facts about mental health and loneliness, aiming to make the message feel both personal and informative. The goal was to create something that could be seen on campus and actually resonate.

The purpose of this project is to show college women that they are not alone and that there are actionable ways to connect to themselves in a confusing stage of life.
